The place is nice and offers a wide selection of drinks, juices, and desserts. However, what bothered me was that hot food was served in melamine plates and juices in plastic cups. Since melamine has not been proven safe for serving hot food, I advise the restaurant management to switch to healthier porcelain tableware, which is safer for human health.

I had a great experience at Ward Restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and everything felt well organized. What really made the visit special was the service. Baker was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed with a big smile. Mahmoud was also very professional and kind, checking on us and making us feel comfortable throughout the meal. Their positive energy truly made the experience even better. I would definitely visit again!

Our breakfast today was good; we were expecting much better food. However, the service was excellent, especially from a guy named Mahmoud Fahd, who was very polite and helpful, even though they were working under a lot of pressure. A big thank you to them all.
