They changed rooms because there was no hot water. The rooms were old and worn. Part of the bed frame was broken off, exposing nails, and there were slight scratches.

The location is good for proximity to the Abdali Airport, which offers buses to all the tourist destinations for a good price. However, Balat is a long way away, so you'll need to take a taxi. The apartment is spacious, the bedroom is heated and air-conditioned (though it's quite noisy, making it impossible to sleep with it on). The duvet is thin. The description includes coffee and tea. In practice, it's just one (!!!) tea bag and a few instant coffees. There's no dishwasher, dish soap, or paper towel. You also have to be careful with toilet paper, as there's only one roll. There are no kitchen utensils, so you can't even make breakfast. A kettle is available. In my opinion, the price is too high. There's an elevator. The area is quiet at night, so you can get a good night's sleep. It's not true that the beds are uncomfortable. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. It's true that the electricity only works when you're in the room. I don't recommend doing a quick wash in the sink because you'll use up the water and your laundry won't dry.

The cleanliness was poor. There was no trash can or bathroom slippers in the room. Only the reception staff were polite.

A terrible experience. I would never recommend this hotel. The rooms were filthy; I moved the bed slightly and a lot of dirt came out from underneath. The furniture was dilapidated and dirty, and the receptionist's attitude was very poor.
