I began seeing Dr. Alaa Al-Zoubi, a specialist in endodontics, dental aesthetics, and dental implants, in August 2024 to discuss solutions and treatments related to my condition, as I am a 73-year-old woman. After undergoing the necessary examinations and a panoramic x-ray to assess gum and bone density, my treatment journey began. It was a difficult, painful, and lengthy process. What helped me and alleviated my pain was the cooperation, patience, and composure of Dr. Alaa, the assisting nursing staff, and the reception staff. The availability of precise and modern equipment at the clinic was also a contributing factor in providing the necessary treatment, while also ensuring readiness to receive patients with critical cases. Throughout the 13-month journey, Dr. Alaa provided comprehensive care, combining expertise and high quality to ensure my comfort. Thank God, the journey ended well, and the results were more impressive than I expected. Very friendly, great customer service and amazing work overall. I came from the United States to get my teeth done with limited time, and Dr. Alaa took it to another level of excellence.
