3 months agoWe are a family of three and have been traveling through Jordan for almost ten days – consequently, our clothes were quite dusty and sandy. Because of the many positive reviews, we chose this laundromat. There was a slight discrepancy with the price at first: we were quoted 25 JOD for 5.8 kg instead of the usual 18 JOD. After a brief explanation, the price was adjusted. The laundry was finished after only six hours – that was really fast. The owner seemed somewhat exhausted and worn out, so I can understand why he wasn't particularly warm or talkative. He wasn't exactly friendly, but he still did his job and tried to keep the price fair. The laundry came back slightly damp, and some of the white items had a grayish tint, presumably because they were washed with darker items. Unfortunately, a lot of things didn't come out clean. And apparently, a handkerchief was also washed with the laundry. In addition, there was an extra small white towel that wasn't ours. ] ... In summary: Swift processing, fair price adjustment (even if not everything was above board), and an owner who keeps his business running despite visible exhaustion. Two well-intentioned stars for that.

4 months agovery kind staff member , cleaned my clothes in about 6 hours , they smelled nice , my clothes were very dirty from being in wadi rum , and he managed to clean them like new , thank you
