Excellent service and clean work

Very luxurious and the service was excellent, mashallah 🫡🫡

Terrible employees. Constantly smoking near the clothes inside the shop and extremely careless and very disrespectful. We've sent leather bags that needed some dry cleaning which were supposed to be ready after 24 hours but instead they were delayed for 5 days. After constantly calling the shop for 5 days and being promised and lied to they blocked our phone number and stopped receiving our calls. We had to visit the shop in person then complain to one of the employees (who claimed to be the owner). He just handed over the unfinished bags in a very disrespectful manner and complete disregard for our time for the past 5 days. Terrible shop. Terrible people. DO NOT GO HERE. There are multiple dry cleaning shops down the same road that are way more professional, respectful and cheaper that I would recommend but DEFINETLY not this place.

They smoke inside the laundry room! Go see the ashtrays next to the clean clothes. The worst service I've ever experienced, and the dishonesty is unbelievable. I left my bags for dry cleaning on Sunday, and you told me they'd be ready by Wednesday. I went back on Thursday because I had to travel, and I had to take them with me since you hadn't even done anything to clean them. What a joke! You have little kids at reception who don't know their head from their feet. It's shameful! You don't answer the phone, you give the wrong information, and you pay money and then come back to collect your clothes smelling of smoke. Shame on you. They actually smoke inside the laundry room!!!! You can literally see ashtrays sitting next to the “cleaned” clothes. By far the worst service I’ve experienced — and the dishonesty is unbelievable. I had no choice but to take them as they were. What a complete disaster. They’ve put very young boys at reception who clearly have no idea what they’re doing. It's embarrassing. They don’t answer calls, they give false information, you pay your money, and in the end you collect clothes that smell like smoke. Absolutely unacceptable.
