a week agoI am very disappointed with my recent order. I specifically chose a particular flower arrangement and package, but what was delivered was completely different from what I selected. That was already upsetting, especially since this gift was meant to be special for my husband. On top of that, the delivery was very late. I ordered a breakfast package expecting it to arrive in the morning, but it was delivered in the afternoon, which completely ruined the surprise and the purpose of the gift. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
