No respect in dealing...bad experience

The employee is very bad, no respect. Two people left before me and I was waiting. When I asked them why, their response was, “It’s not my problem if I didn’t see you sitting in the corner!” Knowing that I respected the system and took a paper from the counter, but they don’t let them pass. I hope that they hire people who deserve to work there and who have a nice and respectful way of dealing with people.

Ive been waiting for more than 20 mins and i was ignored by the girl that works there she served 2 costumers after me the girl didn’t acknowledge me and she said i didnt see you and told me its not my business go to other counter she was extremely rude hire people who want really want to work i hope you take actions its a touristic area and people should not be greeted rudely by someone who does not want to do her job.

My rating is average. Before, they sometimes give a good price, and sometimes not. My experience with them was that before visiting them the same day, I went to buy from another place, and the difference was huge. When I asked for the receipt, they raised the price. I didn't like the situation.

I was very satisfied with the service. The team is hard-working and very friendly, and the exchange rate was excellent and absolutely fair. I would especially like to emphasize the personal support provided by Mr. Jalal Abousheikha, who took plenty of time and explained everything professionally. I highly recommend this office!
