a week agoThe worst and dirtiest emergency room in the Kingdom, waiting for hours for no reason or need.

4 weeks agoThe worst experience ever. Disgusting way of dealing, zero cleanliness, and unhelpful staff. In addition to the rude manner.

2 months agoSunday, August 3rd, 3 PM The worst emergency room you could ever go to. The medical staff is busy, leaving patients waiting without seeing them. Every time we call them, they say, "Oh, wait a minute," and then continue their chatter, even though the emergency room is generally empty. My son needed an x-ray, and the doctor asked me, "Why didn't nurse so-and-so give it to you?" I told him, "No." He said, "I told him to give it to you. It's not my responsibility." I mean, as a customer, I'm supposed to look for a nurse I don't know who he is and ask for the bill, not for him to bring it to me.
