Everything was perfect: cleanliness, hospitality, and ease of use in every way. The food was amazing, and the location was fantastic.

A very special place with excellent service. The staff are very cooperative, and special thanks to the camp manager, Mr. Mohammed Al-Hasanat Abu Thamer.

The place is amazing and fantastic! We've tried many camps in Burm, and every time I regret trying another one and come back. The rooms, food, and atmosphere are all top-notch. I give it a million stars! Special thanks to the camp manager, Mohammed Al-Hasanat, for the warm welcome and excellent service.

Aladdin Camp – Wadi Rum Unfortunately, my experience at Aladdin Camp was very disappointing and does not meet acceptable standards. First, the staff’s attitude was unprofessional. We were charged an additional 49 JOD for what was described as a “desert vehicle tour.” In reality, this was merely a short transfer from the parking area to the camp that lasted no more than 15 minutes and did not include any form of tour or explanation. Furthermore, many basic services required extra payment. There was no water cooler available in the room. Electricity was disconnected at 8:00 a.m., apparently to pressure guests into checking out early. The room itself was in poor condition, as shown in the attached photos. The door was made of thin metal, which caused constant noise due to wind, making it difficult to sleep. Hot water was available; however, the water pressure was extremely weak. The food was acceptable, but it did not compensate for the overall negative experience. In conclusion, I do not recommend this camp due to poor service quality and unsatisfactory facilities. “Additionally, the room had a view of only a mountain.”
