I dealt with the office, specifically with the employee Ashjan. I traveled to Trabzon. The treatment was excellent, and they provided up-to-date information throughout the trip. Most importantly, they gave me the best price compared to other companies. I highly recommend dealing with them.

Truly, it was a wonderful and honest experience with Al-Shmeisani Travel and Tourism Office in terms of their attention and constant communication with the traveler from the beginning of the trip until its end, and the ease of transactions. I would especially like to mention Mr. Hamza Al-Ghazzawi, and the follow-up of your reception at the airport by a special employee from the office, and your transfer to the hotel and airline, and even choosing the hotels, prices, and tour guide. I thank you for your honesty in dealing and attention to all details. I ask God to grant you further progress.

My experience with the visa office was excellent by all standards! The office was organized, fast, and their service was very high-class. I would like to extend a special thanks to Mr. Khaled for his professionalism, kind manner, and great cooperation. He helped me every step of the way with patience and a smile, and made the procedures easy and clear. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation 👏✨
