The luxury service provided by Amin Kawar & Sons is truly exceptional — in fact, they should add “& Daughters” to their name because Raneen was beyond incredible! Due to a flight delay, we missed our connection to Aqaba, and the next flight wasn’t for two days — which meant missing the first day of one of the most important congresses I was attending. I was devastated. But as soon as I reached out to Raneen, she immediately took charge — arranged a private driver from Amman to Aqaba within hours, and completely turned things around. She stayed in touch throughout my 10-day trip to Jordan, responding quickly to every message, with patience, warmth, and professionalism. Her passion for what she does and her care for her clients made me feel at home even while being so far away. The company provided true comfort, luxury, and adventure from start to finish.
