Bath was so dirty I didn't dare to use it! Never again, such a shame!

Due to a missed flight, I had to book a last-minute stay at Amman Airport Hotel, and I was truly impressed by the reception staff. They were incredibly helpful, understanding, and quick to assist during a stressful time. Their professionalism and kindness made a huge difference. The room was clean and comfortable, offering the rest I needed. The hotel’s location is ideal for travelers in transit, and the staff’s support turned an unfortunate delay into a pleasant experience.

One of the worst hotels I called the front desk for bottles of water the first time they did not pick up I called after 30 min they picked up I ask for water. The water never showed up. This hotel sucks. Nothing available here even the bar is closed. And the taxi well rep you off to go to downtown it’s like $70.
