Amman Orchid Hotel

I booked this hotel and tried to contact by whatsapp, they didn't answer. They waited till the last moment and the day of my flight just canceled my booking and mention that i didn't show up ( they did it at 9:00 morning, and check in time is 14:00) and they even tried to take money from my bank account, fortunately i understand that in front of me are cheaters and didn't keep money in that bank card))) i never suggest this hotel, they has no any honor , canceling in the last moment can ruin all the vacation!!!! But they even try to rob me!! I

We booked room for 3 persons the put us in room and living room the living room was not air conditioned and the temperature was outside 45•no bed in the living room my son slept on the floor we asked for fan for him they said to me in the reception go and find one your self next day cleaner open the room for cleaning without nocking the door and my wife she was half nacked, the cleaner left the room we went to the reception and complained the to speak to manger them answer that they don’t have manger service was very bad I want give them one star if I can .

The hotel is more than wonderful in terms of location and view. The staff are very respectful and courteous. The room service is very nice. The food is very good and available at appropriate times. My experience at this hotel was comfortable and wonderful.
