a week agoAfter initially having some small issues to contact them , they responded to my email/instagran and was warmly welcomed. As a spoiled horse owner and vet tech I expect a lot , after a initial ride we were even able to agree to a “private” horse just for me during my stay in the area , making it more fun for me as well as for the horse, giving me a option to care for her , not just ride. The horses were all well cared for , healthy and with appropriate tack , well fitted saddles, soft bits , leg protectors, and supervised. Helmets for riders were provided. Stables were clean and comfortable ( with ventilation) The restaurant area was welcoming and comfortable chairs. Smoking and non smoking area . I didn’t eat anything in the restaurant today but wil defeniatly do so it the coming days .

2 weeks agoVery disappointing experience at Saheel Cafe. We asked if the air conditioning could be turned on because it was extremely hot. At first, we were told the AC was broken, but later we were told they simply didn’t want to turn it on because it costs too much to operate. The staff were rude and dismissive when we raised the issue, and the atmosphere was so uncomfortable that we decided to leave without enjoying our visit. Customer service and honesty are just as important as the venue itself, and unfortunately, this place failed on both.
