ايسر نوفل Hi sir, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your experience wasn’t as expected. Just to clarify, this is a monthly rental property, not a regular hotel. We do our best to keep the place clean and comfortable, but with long-term stays, things like a stray cat getting in can happen sometimes. We take your comment seriously and we’ll make sure it’s handled. Thanks for understanding.
