in the last weekI DO NOT RECOMMEND, AVOID! Yesterday we learned that due to the war situation, the airspace over Jordan was closed. I immediately informed the property that due to the exceptional situation, we were unable to travel from Poland to Jordan and requested a refund. We need to consider our safety; that seems logical to me. However, the property refused to refund our money, even though this is an exceptional situation. It's utter ignorance and a lack of understanding of others. They only care about making money, and the fact that there's a war threat in their country doesn't bother them. I travel extensively around the world, but this is the first time I've encountered this kind of attitude. I'm terribly sorry, because the people in Jordan are similarly very nice and friendly—probably not at this property. Book your accommodation somewhere else!
