a week agoVery bad experience The hotel offered no service or cooperation at all. The furniture is old and worn out, and the Wi-Fi is extremely weak. I would never recommend staying here.

a week agoTry to be more professional and hold on to your customers. The rooms in the pictures are not real. They put pictures of renovated rooms. And they are completely different from reality. They humiliated us twice when we complained about the room. To no avail, and in the end, the reservation was cancelled. I do not recommend it to anyone at all. Get out.
