Roastbeef sandwich was really good. Good place to study or work from. Quite and plenty of space. Very friendly staff.

Service is what ruined it for me. They need to train on how to prioritize order prep. They serve customers they know first, even if you place your order ahead of them. The coffee beans are good quality but the roast quality is not the best.
