a week agoI had a very disappointing experience at Burger America. When I arrived, one staff member at the cash asked me to wait but then left without taking my order. Another employee eventually came, but was slow and acted as if taking my order was a burden. The service was unacceptably late, and the staff were rude and unprofessional throughout. The food itself was just average at best. Overall, very poor service and not worth the visit.
