Please be careful with the prices; additional fees apply. We chose the a la carte menu, and the bill came to 47 JOD, but after adding additional taxes and fees, it came to 73 JOD. Ibrahim is a good waiter. He treated me to a very good Arak at the end. The food was exceptional.

We had a truly exceptional dinner at Burj Al Hammam located inside Crowne Plaza Jordan - Dead Sea Resort & Spa, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was elegant yet warm, with stunning views and a relaxed ambiance that perfectly complements the Dead Sea setting. The food was absolutely outstanding — authentic Lebanese flavors, beautifully presented dishes, and impeccable quality. Every plate was fresh, flavorful, and prepared to perfection. The grilled meats were tender and perfectly seasoned, the mezze selection was rich and vibrant, and the desserts were the perfect ending to an already memorable evening. What truly made our night special, however, was the exceptional service provided by Malik and Ibrahim Al Shahwami. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Their recommendations were spot-on, they anticipated our needs before we even asked, and they made us feel valued and cared for throughout the entire dinner. Their hospitality reflects the highest standards of service. This was not just a meal — it was a complete dining experience. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Burj Al Hammam to anyone visiting the Dead Sea. Five stars all the way!
