Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend Dallas Tourism Company. I traveled with them twice, to Trabzon (September) and Sharm El Sheikh (February). In Sharm, the airport representative left before we finished resolving a luggage issue, and the company in Jordan did not respond to our calls or WhatsApp messages even though they were reading. We had to take a taxi to the hotel at our own bank, and they refused to reimburse us. In Trabzon, the representative would leave us at the hotel during scheduled tours and tell us to take a taxi to catch up with the group. In addition, during booking they agreed on a price and hotel, but when we tried to confirm, they changed the price or said the hotel or room was no longer available. Overall, the service was unprofessional and stressful based on my experience, and I would not recommend dealing with them. “I have attached screenshots showing that I called and messaged multiple times with no response. The worst travel agency ever! They're liars and scammers, their reputation is worthless. They have no credibility and their service is appalling. We booked a honeymoon trip with them, which was supposed to be the best trip of our lives, but unfortunately, they ruined it because of an employee's negligence and carelessness. We had agreed on a specific hotel in the heart of Istanbul, but they went and changed the booking and the location as they pleased. It was a remote place, completely cut off from everything. We asked them to amend the booking, but there was no response or cooperation from them. On top of being at fault, they didn't even apologize. May God hold them accountable! Never book with them again! They're liars and scammers!
