Downtown Hotel Apartments

You rent and pay a hefty sum for nothing. They make demands and control the room's air conditioning. How are you supposed to sleep with us? I have high blood pressure, and the AC isn't even cooling down 1%. When we contact them, they say the window is working. We live in the countryside; are we supposed to cool by the window or what? What did we pay for? No cooperation, no response, and I don't recommend staying there. There are many other hotels that are cooperative, and the AC is at your discretion; no one makes demands.

This hotel is absolutely terrible. The air conditioning is set up however they want. You come wanting to relax, but it's unbearably hot and you can't sleep because of the heat. If you talk to them, they tell you to open the window. If I could just open the window and sleep in the sun, we wouldn't have paid to come here. This is definitely the last time I'll visit this hotel. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Near the boulevard

It was the worst possible experience. The room was filthy, and they refused to turn on the air conditioning. I called reception, and they told me to open the window because it would be cold! They should consider the different temperatures and that some people can't stand the heat at all. The response was zero, and may God not forgive them for every riyal we paid.
