Unprofessional management. I had appointment at 1pm but got called at 3pm. They finally put me in the consultation room and still need to wait, I left without consultation as I can’t accept it anymore after waiting for 15 minutes. There are several people coming after me and get immediate consultation, how you manage the appointment is unacceptable. Please respect other people time!
