The worst office and the worst treatment from the same employees. After you book, they change all the dealings and the hotels they deal with are unclean and bad. As soon as you arrive, they change 4 companions for the trip and in the last days there is no companion and as soon as you contact them they start talking loudly, especially the employee Enas.

The worst experience I've ever had with a travel company! We agreed on clear details for a specific hotel and package, and everything was confirmed verbally and in text messages. However, when I arrived, I was shocked to find that the reservation was completely different! The room was the same as the one agreed upon, and the room category was confirmed several times by the company's employees via voice messages. When we arrived and received the reservation, it turned out to be completely different from what was agreed upon. What happened was blatant deception and fraud. Their sole goal was to close the sale by any means necessary, even through lies. Worse still, when I contacted them, I received no real response, only evasiveness and stalling, as if the problem wasn't theirs. A company like this doesn't deserve the trust of any customer, and I would not recommend dealing with them. What happened to me wasn't just a mistake; it was deception and a breach of trust. Be careful and always book with reputable and trustworthy companies.
