8 months agoIf there were a rating lower than one star, I would confidently give it to the laundry owner and his employees. Unfortunately, they lie and deceive customers. They think they're clever and the customer is stupid. I gave him an expensive jacket and clearly asked him to dry clean it. It was obvious he washed it with water and it shrunk, so he used his tailor to patch up the damage. Sadly, he uses his tailor to mend and cover up his mistakes with clothes.
