The apartment is new and beautiful, and Engineer Marjan pays attention to the smallest details. I lived in an apartment consisting of two rooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a rooftop. The building is equipped with an elevator, and the location is considered far from the city, suitable for those with a car, and the price is reasonable.

I highly recommend it. The price is reasonable, the cleanliness is excellent, and the owner is cooperative and welcomes you as if you were in your home. A wonderful stay and a quiet place. A wonderful experience that will be repeated. Thanks abu saif I appreciate your kindness

In order not to be unfair to the place of residence... The place is about 10 minutes away from the city and has no services. I booked through Booking and arrived at the place at 12:45 to receive the apartment. I called more than 10 times and he didn't answer. I sent him a WhatsApp message, and he replied, "Check-in time is 2." I was in front of the residence, and the residence was empty. There was no one there. I told him, "My dear, by God, what time is 2? A family is standing outside, and the heat is killing us." His response reflects the hospitality he was raised on, perhaps... He said, "If you don't like it, go somewhere else!?!" I replied, and told him, "If your budget doesn't allow customers, remove your place from the rental sites and have peace of mind." He kept calling and texting, and it was clear he was trying to use wasteful tactics and children. He was immediately blocked. Advice: Don't be fooled by the comments, most of them are probably the owner of the place making up accounts and praising his place just for the sake of rating.

Clean apartment, and the owner, Abu Saif, is a very respectful and well-mannered man. I will return to him, God willing. The apartment is in a quiet area, 10 minutes outside the city.
