What a lovely restaurant! Quite close to the Petra visitor centre and well worth a visit. Food and service were excellent, the food in Jordan has been exceptional but this really stood out. Good honest local food and very decently priced. Service was excellent, we were made to feel very welcome.

Falafel time is an absolute must stop place for food when in Petra. Very friendly and kind staff, food is delicious and very satiating after a morning exploring and the vibe was quite pleasant. 10/10 recommend!! Have pinned in maps to visit again when back in Petra!! We visited Petra last week and stopped by this restaurant by chance after a long day of exploring. Everything was absolutely perfect — from the food to the dessert and tea. The staff were very kind and welcoming. I especially loved the falafel and hummus; their flavors were unforgettable! I work in the restaurant industry myself, and I can honestly say this place offers an exceptional experience. Highly recommended!
