First Rent A Car (AlOula)

Do not hire a car at this rental. They steal money from your creditcard by charging you for more days than agreed on. They ghosted me after requesting them to transfer the money back

DO NOT USE: ILLEGAL CARS AND TERRIBLE SERVICE Where to begin? Firstly Ahmad gave us a car below what we paid for (Suzuki Alto), then he agreed to send a replacement midway through the trip which arrived 12 hours late (Geely Coolray). We unfortunately hit a bad pothole avoiding a lorry on a singletrack and punctured tyres. Turns out the tyres WERE NOT ROAD LEGAL. No tread, and older than the laws allow. Not only did Ahmad make us pay for the full replacement tyres (of course we had to buy full-price road legal ones at our expense...), he has witheld our full security deposit after agreeing he would return to us!! Disorganised or dishonest? Make your own minds up, or better yet - avoid at all costs.

Ideal option for those who do not have a card or it is blocked, a cash deposit for fines of 50 dinars, and that's it, they return it immediately as you give the keys. They even drove us to the airport. Thank you very much! The car is in excellent condition, we took Geely for 4 days, the guys in the office are very simple, the whole rental process took about 10 minutes, of which 5 were choosing a car. Wonderful place, extremely easy to rent a car and to return. We took Geely for 4 days with 1 way to Amman (extra 50 JOD) - the experience was very good and worth the money.
