Frishment laundry

Literally the worst laundry service ever. If google would allow 0 starts I would give that. They lost 6 of our big clothes and gave us someone elses 5 tshirts. A lot of clothes were shrunk and they literally dumped all our clothes in a bag and there were small items falling here and there and we had to ensure we collected our items from the floor. My sister lost a sock too. Terrible for tourists. In no country have I had such terrible laundry service. We asked for compensation and they kept asking us to go back again and again and no one would give us a straight answer and the owner disappeared on us when he had asked us to come back and receive our compensation. They did not even offer the 15JD we paid back. Never go here.

We are tourists and needed some laundry done. First of all they are very overpriced (15JD for a bagfull of laundry. Six items went missing, lots of items shrunk, some clothes damaged, we even got several items that did not belong to us! They play games, promising to compensate us, which of course never happened because they had ‘no cash’. Not recommended for tourists

Avoid it, go to the competition instead. They don't even deserve a star. They charge for washing items individually, regardless of size. Washing a pair of pants will cost you the same price as washing panties or a pair of socks (0.50 dinars each). Unprofessionalism. My husband dropped off the laundry early yesterday afternoon. The woman told him to come back the next day before noon to pick it up. As agreed, my husband went to the dry cleaners the first time around 11:30. She told him the laundry wasn't ready and to come back in the afternoon after the third prayer of the day. Except that when we came back for the second time, no one was there, even though she assured us they were open until 10:00 p.m. My husband had to go back for the third time, even though our hotel isn't very close to the dry cleaners. Get quotes elsewhere, you'll see that it's much more interesting to wash your laundry elsewhere, some dry cleaners offer to charge for washing laundry by the kilogram. Here, the price we had to pay is just outrageous. All that to end up getting back some of the laundry still wet that we had to dry in our hotel room with the little space we had. We also waited too long to get back laundry that doesn't even smell of laundry.

I'm always a bit apprehensive doing laundry on my travels, the fear being that different colours are mashed together, washed at 90 degrees and all clothes come out grey and several sizes smaller. These guys took in my travel laundry, doing three separate loads as requested and in a way that kept delicates in a good state. Was excellent value for money and an excellent service. Highly recommended!

Very kind and precise staff. :). Washed all my T-shirts and other things in a day (drop off morning, take back in the evening), so recommanded for a small/minimal luggage trip.
