4 weeks agoVery bad experience with Gift Center I purchased a perfume from Gift Center, and unfortunately it turned out to be defective and completely unusable. The scent was extremely heavy and smelled old or oxidized, nothing like the original fragrance at all. What made it worse is that when I sprayed it on my clothes, it left a yellow stain that would not come off, which clearly indicates that the perfume is not in good condition We returned the perfume to the store, and for more than a week we kept following up with them to either replace it or fix the issue. Every time, they told us they would “contact management”, but in the end they simply said there is no replacement or solution and asked us to come and take the perfume back. There was no professionalism, no credibility, and no responsibility taken. The quality of their perfumes is very poor, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this place at all
