3 months agoWe had a lipid profile test done on Friday. After taking a blood sample and paying the fee, we were told that the sample would take 24 hours to process because Friday is a holiday. Since it was too late, we had to wait that long. The employee should have informed me before taking the blood sample and before paying that they don't perform lipid profile tests on Fridays. If the sample had been put through the machine since Saturday morning, the test would have been completed. It's currently 12 noon and there are no results.
