2 weeks agoThey dont care about kids as much as tgey care about money I bring 3 kids every week and once my 5 months old played a bit and they told me that you must pay, same amount as a 3 years old! How come you guys charge a baby like a kid! The counter staff are fine but they are annoying for how they act with customers. I always bring my kids and my relatives kids and sometimes my friends kids but no more there are plenty other better places in other malls and cheaper for families who bring more than a kid and cleaner than this one

a month agoExtremely cheap people and place. Not taking my kids there again. Managers are just power and money hungry. Very impolite staff. Not welcoming at all.

2 months ago0 stars do not let your kids go there the coaches are so mean especially for the kids (be careful the shoes might get stolen and don’t let your kids go alone let them go with a adult

2 months agoThe children's play area is completely uninteresting, and the cleanliness is zero, frankly. The staff seem forced to be there, and 6 dinars an hour for a place like that is honestly too much. Also, the staff are willing to let some children go and others go without their parents, depending on their mood. I honestly wouldn't go back, even though the play ideas are nice.
