3 years agoVery poor quality merchandise and customer service. Purchased a pair of cotton pants for 25 JDs that were ‘on sale’ from 35 JDs. Realised as soon as I walked out of the store that they were extremely poor quality- loose threads, poor quality machine stitching and a hole at the back. When I returned a few minutes later to tell the clerk she said it’s because they are ‘hand made’- clearly not true. Then when I requested a refund the shop owner gave me 2 offers - to refund 5 JDs or ‘fix it’. Requested a full refund as the pants were not worth 25jds. The owner then sarcastically asked why I only realised this after i bought the pants. Rude person and his wares are not good.
