in the last weekVisited in February 2026. Jordan 🇯🇴, Dead Sea. I spent quite some time choosing a hotel at the Dead Sea. For me, having a private beach and a good spa was essential. However, during booking I did not realize that renovation works were taking place at the property, which slightly affected our overall experience. ROOMS: We stayed in a suite. The room was spacious, featuring a small walk-in wardrobe and a separate living area. The suite itself was very comfortable and offered a sea view. Unfortunately, due to ongoing construction, part of the view was affected by building works, which slightly reduced the overall aesthetic appeal. FACILITIES: The hotel has a private beach equipped with sunbeds, showers, and easy access to Dead Sea mud, conveniently stored in container for guests to use. Do note that there is a short walk to reach the beach, although it is manageable and elevators are available. At the moment, only one swimming pool was operating. Because of the construction nearby, the pool area was noisy and dusty, so we chose not to use it. DINING: Breakfast was average, similar to many large hotels. There were eggs, sausages (mid-range quality), vegetables, meze, and pastries. You can find something to eat, but it’s not particularly memorable. That said, the staff kindly prepared additional items for us upon request, which was appreciated and showed a strong customer-oriented approach and efficient management. We also dined at the Lebanese restaurant on site, which was enjoyable and well prepared. SERVICE: One downside — which appears to be common among hotels in this area — is the restriction on bringing outside food or alcohol onto the property. While this may be part of local hospitality regulations or agreements within the resort zone, it can feel limiting for guests. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and highly efficient. We especially appreciated the team assisting with parking and luggage — very professional and welcoming. The hotel also moved us to a different room when our original one was too close to construction noise, which we greatly appreciated. VERDICT: A good hotel with strong service and an excellent private beach. However, the ongoing construction impacts the overall experience. We were informed that renovations are expected to be completed by March, which should significantly improve the stay. Once the works are finished, this property will likely return to being an excellent choice at the Dead Sea.

in the last weekThe service was incredibly friendly. From the reception to the gentlemen at the Dead Sea. Hats off! We had a great deal, which made the price-quality ratio fantastic. It was quiet in February. I can't judge the friendliness and value for money during busier periods. Thank you. We had a great time!

in the last weekWe had a truly wonderful stay at Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa. From the moment we arrived, our experience was quite pleasant and relaxing. Every team member made us feel at home — there was a genuine sense of care, warmth, and sincere interest in helping us at all times. That level of hospitality truly makes a difference. The views of the Dead Sea are absolutely beautiful and create a very peaceful atmosphere. Our room was always clean and well maintained, and we appreciated the attention to detail from the housekeeping team. All of the restaurants were enjoyable, offering a pleasant ambiance and good variety of options. Overall, the entire team deserves our sincere gratitude for making our stay so comfortable. We would just like to note two small observations: The internet connection was quite unstable during our stay and could be improved. At one point, a young boy began playing the piano beautifully in a public area and many guests were enjoying it. However, a staff member approached to say that it was not allowed. Perhaps placing a small sign near the piano with clear guidelines would help avoid confusion in the future. We truly hope to return soon — especially to see the finished pool area that was under construction during our visit. Congratulations to the entire team for the great property and outstanding service you have. Without a doubt, we will be back.
