The law prohibits smoking of all kinds in this establishment, including electronic devices. However, the café encourages customers to smoke, a fact confirmed by many of the smokers themselves. This leads to constant clashes and problems with visitors who exploit the café's deliberate leniency to blatantly disregard the law and basic public decency—qualities even a child should know and possess. These patrons go so far as to flatter and apologize to the offenders, disrespecting the dignity of the affected tourists and other visitors. All this is done for profit, as they know that the majority are smokers and many are indifferent to harming others. A significant number of visitors, lacking even the most basic respect for others, don't wear headphones and force their patrons to listen to music, TV series, and personal conversations on their phones. They also use vulgar language loudly, and the café does nothing to stop them. All of this is documented by the café's own security cameras and corroborated by countless incidents. The prices are exorbitant and inflated, and the staff prevent anyone from entering before paying. If a new customer tries to enter and sit down, even for a few seconds, to consider their order, they are called out to in front of everyone in a very humiliating manner and sent back to the cashier. What's shameful and indicative of the cafe's policy is that the point that directly impacts their profitability—the prohibition of outside food—is clearly displayed on a large sign spanning the width of the glass door.
