I stayed at Hotel SANDRA for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—right in the heart of downtown—yet my room was very quiet. The internet connection was fast and reliable. The hotel manager is always ready to help and you can count on great advice and assistance, not only for Amman but for traveling around Jordan as well. The rest of the staff are also extremely kind and welcoming. I didn’t miss anything during my stay. Highly recommended!

Exceptional I had a fantastic stay at Jawad Sandra Hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the hot shower was exactly what I needed after long days of exploring. The location is central and very convenient, with parking directly in front of the entrance. Loay gave me an outstanding welcome. Right after arrival, he sent me a very detailed PDF via WhatsApp with recommendations for sightseeing, food spots, nearby ATMs, Petra, Wadi Rum, and more. The best part was that it was interactive — you could click on the pictures and it would instantly open Google Maps with directions. That made planning incredibly easy. He even offered to stay available on WhatsApp throughout my journey in Jordan in case I needed help or advice. This level of hospitality and support truly made a difference. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in downtown Amman, which makes the main attractions easily reachable on foot. It is in a slightly noisy area, but at night you can sleep and rest perfectly well. I loved that they offer airport transportation as well as laundry service. The room was clean, nice, and comfortable. I would have only appreciated having a mirror in a more practical place inside the room and a place to put the shampoo inside the shower. But everything else was excellent. The staff was always very kind, and they provided us with a PDF guide of places to visit in Amman, which we really appreciated. The breakfast war very good too. We would definitely stay here again.

The best hotel in Amman! Perfectly located and walking distance from the amphitheater and other monuments. The staff are amazing, the most accommodating people and ensured my stay here was comfortable with free tea and showing me how to use the facilities. The owner was kind enough to drive me to the nearest ATM to withdraw cash, and provided a list of the best restaurants to visit as well as discount on tours around Jordan. I had a wonderful experience here and would recommend everyone to stay here on there visit to Amman, all the staff have been very helpful - I cancelled my other accommodation in Amman and re-booked here because it was that good! If I could give 6 stars I would!

A hotel in the heart of Amman with spotless and functional rooms at a very reasonable price. Furthermore, the staff is incredibly kind and went out of their way to help us during our stay in Amman and throughout the country. Parking is available right next to the hotel for 5 JOD per night, with excellent service there as well. A hotel not to be missed during your next trip to Amman!
