From the very beginning, everything was well-organized and stress-free. A special thanks goes to our wonderful driver, Ahmed Ibrahim, who truly made our trip unforgettable. Ahmed was incredibly kind and attentive, especially in helping my husband who has difficulty walking. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the journey. His support and patience meant the world to us. Even when we encountered some issues at one of the hotels, Ahmed handled the situation with professionalism and genuine care. His calm and friendly approach made us feel safe and supported at all times. Thanks to JD Tours and Ahmed, we were able to enjoy the beauty of Jordan without any worries. a month agoMy friend and I embarked upon a private 5 day tour from Amman that included the Dead Sea, Petra, Wadi Rum and Aqaba/Red Sea. Suha was exceptional with her advice, communication and organizational skills and along with our wonderful driver, Sufian we were looked after expertly throughout the trip and had one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. a year agoMy wife and I booked a short-stay private tour package with Jordan Direct Tours to visit Wadi Rum, Aqaba, and Petra. The overall experience was great and we were especially satisfied with the service quality, response time and logistical arrangements of the agency. In addition to visiting one of the seven world wonders, and other beautiful historical sites, our driver and guide Hasan was one of this trip’s highlights. Not only was he friendly, very nice company, and a good driver, with his 20+ years of experience, he provided us with abundant insights on Jordan’s culture, landscape, and history along the way. Also, his restaurant and food recommendations were always spot on. Top tip: Make sure to request Hasan Amro as your driver/ guide when you book with Jordan Direct Tours.
