2 weeks agoWe were very fortunate to encounter a kind hotel receptionist who helped us connect and charge our electric vehicle. Our vehicle uses a European standard plug, while the hotel's charging station uses a Chinese standard plug. We were still able to fully charge it. We are very grateful to the hotel manager and staff for their warm hospitality to us, a Chinese-Malaysian couple. We had a wonderful and happy stay here, enjoying both food and lodging.

3 weeks agoDuring my trip to Jordan, I encountered many kind and understanding people. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were immediately drawn to the building, a seven-story structure with a sea view. The receptionist, I believe named Mohammad, greeted us with a smile and patiently listened to our request: charging our car. However, the charging stations here use GB/T technology, which didn't work for our car. He then called the owner to discuss the issue, and later came out and personally made a cable for us. Finally, the car charged successfully and was fully charged safely – we were truly touched. Later, he also asked if we wanted a sea view room or a street view room, giving us a choice, which we were very happy with. The room was spacious, classic and romantic, clean and comfortable, with no unpleasant odors. It had a large window with a great view, and plenty of natural light, especially during the day; the night view was beautiful. The golden elevator was fast, spacious, and upscale. The breakfast selection was extensive, including fresh vegetables, various flavored olives, traditional bread, various jams, biscuits, roasted wildflowers, cooked sausages and stir-fried vegetables, all kept warm. The chickpea balls were fragrant and delicious, along with red bean dressing and other tasty drinks. We slept well here; it was quiet at night, and we felt very comfortable. Highly recommended!

4 weeks agoThis is a great hotel in Aqaba! Has a great view of the city, just minutes from the corniche, and a delicious breakfast! I stayed here twice with my wife and our small daughter. I was really thankful for the staff and their friendliness. The owner, Mohamed and his team go above and beyond to take care of you. I definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay in Aqaba!
