3 months agoA very bad experience. They were unreliable in giving the agreed-upon massage time. The paperwork stated 45 minutes, but they only gave half an hour. When I checked with them, they told me the paperwork didn't reflect reality. I would have put a negative 10 on it.

a year agoThank God, they are distinguished, honest, and have a nice team. From my experience dealing with them, I forgot that I had paid for a session. They contacted me and reminded me about it, and I was able to refer her to my friend. They are very cooperative. If it were another center, they would have closed the file and no one would have known about the story.

a year agoDo not do botox here. I did it for my TMJ and had uncommon side effects. They spent their time defending their position and denying they caused it because it never happened before. They referred me to a different expert and offered to give me my money back. When I said yes I want my money back, the Dr said get me a note from another doctor saying the botox caused this and I'll give you your money back, AFTER she originally offered. Completely unprofessional and unreasonable.

a year agoAbsolutely unprofessional service. My wife booked for 2 sessions and mentioned that she is 8 months pregnant. Once we came the receptionist was confused does not know what my wife booked for. Nonetheless, the therapist refused to take my wife since she is 8 months pregnant. The supervisor was nice enough to provide us with a refund and calm us down. This place seriously needs to invest in their staff especially the ones taking appointments and facing customers. Definitely not coming back there again.
