A very bad experience at the Al-Jubaiha Health Center! The staff's behavior was completely unprofessional. The pediatrician's lack of knowledge that the flu vaccine is available for children under 5 years old is completely unacceptable. His ridiculous excuse was that he was "not in the staff group," as if that were an excuse! After a long wait at the checkout, we were transferred to the pharmacy, where we waited an hour and a half because there was only one employee to dispense the vaccine! The center's director attributed the poor organization to a lack of sufficient staff, while people's time was wasted without any respect or coordination. Even worse, when we asked about the vaccine, no one told us it was available in the emergency department, not the pharmacy! May God punish them... People's time is not cheap, and this neglect and mismanagement in a government health center is unacceptable.

Bad. Please close the health centers and provide relief to the employees. God is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs.

Very nice, no traffic jams, and very fast compared to other centers.
