Extremely disappointing stay at La Riva Hotel. The rooms were poorly cleaned and far below acceptable hygiene standards. Terrible sound insulation — constant street noise and loud music made it impossible to rest. Complete lack of respect for guests’ comfort; this hotel does not meet even basic expectations.
