Laverda Hotel Aqaba

The place is beautiful and the reception is even more beautiful. The rooms are a bit small. The view is beautiful. The bed needs changing.

Good Price for. Room and breakfast. Ppl at the reception were friendly but also some of them esoecially one rather rude and Not Very helpful. But as I said not all of them. some were friendly. Guests there smoked at the breakfast room, even so the staff told them not to. Ppl smoked in their rooms and left the door Open so the whole Hall smelled Like smoke. So that was not ver good. But the Price and the room was good

The location is really good, next to the sea and the fish market. The hotel is clean and the service is good. We got our rooms two hours earlier than the check in time. The rooms are spacious and clean but the mattress is not comfortable at all! It feels that there is a hole in it! Good thing that we stayed there only for one night since we woke up with back pain.

My experience was somewhat bad. We booked two weeks in advance, but upon arrival, we were made to wait two hours despite our advance booking. The air conditioning in the rooms is difficult to control and does not cool the entire room. It takes a long time. We found that the TV remote had one battery, while it needs two batteries, which made us take the battery from the next room. The closet makes a loud noise when opening its doors, and the safe inside the closet is broken. The price for these services is considered expensive. I hope this hotel improves in the future.
