a month agoThe staff and service were friendly and tried their best, but they didn't seem particularly well-trained. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't match the online description. According to the website, there should have been a swimming pool and a gym. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the swimming pool was out of order and the gym was closed due to water damage. This hadn't been mentioned beforehand. The room was also in poor condition. It smelled unpleasant because the bathroom fan was broken. Overall, my stay was disappointing, as essential amenities were missing and the room didn't meet my expectations.
