2 months agoI received a terrible treatment from an employee on the B1 floor. I wish I had taken his name because he is not well-mannered like the one who suffocates me. He asks me why I came early at 5:30 in the morning to take a cortisol sample and that it is okay to wait for half an hour and an hour for them to finish other emergency samples because cortisol is not a problem and can be taken from 6-8. He yells at me to keep waiting! First of all, I did not come to buy your medical advice, sir. My doctor told me to take the sample within half an hour of waking up because I took another sample at 7 in the morning and the numbers came out wrong. Whether what you say is right or wrong is not important. What is important is why are you talking to me while you just woke up, did not comb your hair, and are wearing pajamas, and are screaming and raising your voice like a bus controller. Why? And you came to interfere between me and another employee I am talking to. Why? By the way, I am a cash customer who came to do tests for 130 dinars. I did not come to beg from you, nor am I an insurance customer, and you treat me like crap like this.. And most importantly, how can a respectable lab that has international standards have an employee inside the lab who does not wear gloves or a gown and who goes to work in his home clothes, almost?! The lack of professionalism is shameful. I politely told them that I had to take my sample within half an hour of waking up, and I had been awake for half an hour, so if they were going to make me wait more than a quarter of an hour, that meant it was ok, just tell me and I’ll look for another laptop, no problem. Anyway, due to his physical appearance, I said I would sit down so as not to ruin the sample I wanted to take, and I would wait a bit to see what would happen with them. Five minutes later, another very respectable employee named Ashraf told me to come in and take my sample. He treated me with the utmost kindness, respect and politeness. I wish his colleague had a quarter of Ashraf’s morals. I wish the management would take action against the other ill-mannered employee who was on duty with Ashraf because he reflects the morals and decisions of the management itself, and this is definitely not acceptable for any business concerned with customer service. I wish they would thank Ashraf and appreciate him because he is truly a respectable and sophisticated person, and I swear, if the second employee hadn’t been very ill-mannered, I would have shortened the matter and… I wrote a review since Ashraf treated me very well, but this other employee was very bad for me. May God not forgive him. Thank you.
