Luckily I didn't read the reviews. I went in without doing any research but i got the best exchange rate for my euro. Online it was 0.73 and they offered me 0.72. The man serving me was typically stoic at first but after showing my friendliness, he started to smile more and gifted me 2 pens and wished me a nice welcome in jordan. He didn't offer a receipt but was glad to write down the exchange rates after I requested it

These people were rude to my wife. They asked for certain paperwork but she is from Amman and speaks arabic and called them on there bluff. She asked to speak to a manager and resolved the issue. Not a trusting company
