a week agoI wasn't convinced. First of all, the prices. The most expensive restaurant I've ever had lunch at in Jordan. For example, a kunefa cost 5 jod. But the prices were clearly displayed on the menu, so that's my problem. Perhaps I imagined that prices like that were synonymous with excellent quality. Nothing bad, no. But nothing particularly memorable either. The place itself is nice, but I wasn't that impressed. Everything was too expensive; it seemed more like a tourist trap than a genuine place. Of course, this is just my opinion, but so be it.

a month agoThe food was delicious; we tried all kinds of shawarma, and the vegetable shawarma was especially good. They also have a hostel and a hostel nearby. The staff are wonderful. I highly recommend it.

a month agoKarak Castle is situated on a high plateau overlooking the Dead Sea. There is an entrance fee to the castle. The town of Karak surrounds it, along with shops and restaurants. I visited it during the Eid al-Adha holiday in 1447 AH (2026 CE), which coincided with the 80th anniversary of Jordan's independence.
