a year agoUntil now, I have ordered through the app and I haven't gone to the store. Delivery is very fast and without any problems. The offers are encouraging. I have problems ordering something through the app and it's not available, even though the app clearly states that it is available. But they contact me immediately and give me suitable alternative options. It would be better if the app clearly states what is available and what is not. But as a service, they are excellent.

a year agoAmazing service and communication but bad delivery service. They were very fast to reply and very helpful with all my questions. However the delivery company forgot half of my order in a different car and I was promised it will be delivered in the morning the following day. It didn’t happen as the driver said he might come at 5pm while my cats need to wait for their food. So don’t order online, go directly to the shop as they are really helpful and kind
