in the last weekThe instructor was very patient, guiding us step by step from 2 meters or 3 meters to 8 meters until we finally saw the tank. All we needed to do was learn the breathing techniques, and the instructor would guide us the whole time. Then he asked us how we were doing and took me around the entire tank.
