in the last weekIt's possible to travel back and forth from Petra for about 3 days. I booked an expensive room with a view, but was assigned a room that wasn't as good. I complained, and the manager spoke with me and fixed it. Check-in isn't too tight. There's a free shuttle to Petra at 7:30 in the morning, so take that. It's close to the Korean restaurant Banseok. bedding is so good. clean

in the last weekThe lobby, elevators, and guest rooms were all pleasant and quiet. The reception staff was very friendly and helped us check in quickly. However, the breakfast was disappointing. The food selection was limited, refills weren't frequent, and most of the food was cold.

2 weeks agoGreat hotel, clean, spacious rooms, amazing water pressure, and these are just a few of the positive things about it. But by far, the best part was the service offered by Emat and Madani at the reception. They were so nice, helpful, and provided seven star service at this four star hotel. In the spirit of honesty, I have to say the breakfast did not live up to our expectations, with limited choices and poor organisation, but there is nothing else negative to say about this hotel. Lastly, I have to mention once again, Emat and Madani who made this stay exceptional, with their welcoming presence, helpful and respectful demeanour, and hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel.
