a month agoWe contacted Plaza Tours and other local operators to organize a three-night private tour of Wadi Rum and Petra over New Year's Eve, June 25-26. This agency's proposal immediately seemed to best meet our needs. Omar, the agency's account manager, not only fulfilled all our requests but also optimized our travel plan. Our driver, Naeem, who speaks excellent English and drove us to the various sites in an excellent vehicle complete with Wi-Fi, was very attentive and caring, making the trip interesting by answering our many questions about local history and culture. Finally, upon returning to Amman, we contacted Plaza Tours again to resolve a problem with our flight back to Italy, which we had booked independently, and we are very grateful to Omar for promptly addressing an issue beyond the agency's scope of expertise. We greatly appreciated Omar and Naeem's care, thoughtfulness, and friendliness, which made our wonderful trip to Jordan even more special.
